It’ll never happen. Oberti’s dream is to have a training centre for athletes, ideally on a glacier, so it can be year round. It’s too far from a major center, with too many other competing resorts to have it as a viable tourist option. With today’s unpredictable climate, resorts are switching to year-round destinations. the money is in the hotels and restaurants, skiing is just the attraction.
