Anyone know where exactly this was? 4 guys spent the night with the guy that had leg injuries. Heli winch rescue was performed to get them out.

Heard it was a g4 owner and he just got the news that Brp wasn't covering his bulkhead or belts or oil tank leaks or massive oil usage or ratcheting track so he wanted all the pain to end.

We rode salmon the next morning when s&r was in there recovering them. The story is they dropped into a ****ty area and triggered a slide around 5pm and broke his leg, they never got a call out for help until 10, pretty sure that's digger from blue river sledz who did the sled retrieval and part of the search/ recovery at first light and that's him in the said Facebook video

Heard some details from a local Sar volunteer, this was very nearly a tragic situation.
A reminder for everyone to have enough gear for a sleep over if you're going deep. Also no reason to not have an inreach in every group.
