hey Mr Lem, thanks for the stop sign can drop location, got a bag at those 2 locations, i had to shake a tail, a white dodge was following me, so i had to pull a couple maneuvers. ducked into a lease site and picked up a bag Arff may have left , it was well hidden but trusty scout sniffed it out! ha. definitely! he is a lot like an old grizzly, can smell beer cans at 2 Km and hear a can pop at 900 yards. there are rumours he has buds all over the woods opening beer cans, so that he can hone his skills o a razors edge! there was rumours he flies the skies with united to further the tests.

Hey what are your guys bills like in the northern region? Water, sewer, power?
Just wondering as we're looking at some homes next weekend, in Alix, Clive and possibly Ferintosh.

well we are out picking cans and fighting off the homeless for our share. costs are not going to be that much different!

Last year my power bill was average 125/month with HT. I have cistern and septic tank, so can't compare to you city folk
