Actually those parts look awesome, that belt is way bigger then I woulda thought...cars use belts for 100,000 km or more, my quad could do 10,000 km on a belt if I drive nice,and runs hot.I'd totally trust that belt.

Yikes! Maybe I should pick up the new 2200 Honda this year and sell my 2000 before it craps out.

I have a honda eu2000 generator, I bought used 6 years ago, use it a lot. It ran 10 hrs a day for the last 30 days on a jobsite, not one issue with it, great units. At big valley jamboree I start it up on Wednesday night and it runs solid till Monday morning non-stop for 5 years now. I think i'll sell this one off and get a new one soon, there on sale at the honda dealers.

i have had good luck with the 3000 Honda, just have been having issues with "art riteus" the last few years loading the thing into the truck, stays there all summer. quiet and just purrs along. Last year got a champion 2000, has been excellent so far, cheap on gas, lightweight, a bit bulky, not as quiet as the Honda, and won't run a/c, but for what it is, was well worth the money , i would recommend them.

yuppers, i was walking around, seen a GEN running, on idle so it was high carbon producer, so i plugged in, trying to save the environment. and i can't remember the GEN idling up either, unless someone needed to produce high carbon footprint with ice or his blender? haha.

They are a nice generator, quiet and light but they dont stand up to abuse that well I find. We had 3 yamaha generators over a span of 4 years using them for construction purposes so in and out of the box of the truck every day, sitting in the elements a lot etc. After the 3rd one $hit the bed in a little over a year of use like the 2 others we switched to Honda and 6 years later it still purrs like a kitten and its gone tumbling down the road twice due to incompetence lol....... hard to find a good labourer these days

The Yamaha inverter generators are so quiet you barely hear them running. I have two 3000-watt yammis they're by far the best Jenny's I've ever bought. I probably have somewhere in the neighborhood of 15000 hours on each one and they still run perfect
