Geez, man....you're just milking this thing dry aren't you....chill out....All I ever said was vote smart! A vote for a startup party is more than likely splitting the vote....
...its a free country...do what you think is best

ok , just asking as the tone of posts presented was leading me there.

looks like the provincial elections are swinging conservative, hopefully the federal will follow. Scheer needs to find a way to make it happen, for all Canadians and time is creeping by. the federal Election is his to WIN. Alberta only has 34 seats and we are underrepresented compared to Ontario and Quebec. there are still those in Ontario who think Trudy is doing well, same as Quebec and parts of BC. A Scheer needs to get fired up and take it to a win or he is done in politics. my opinion only and point i'm trying to get across

No.
Cat and everyone else is saying that Phillips got in because of vote splitting by a go nowhere party.
Trudeau is going to be a shoe in because of vote splitting.
Sorry to burst bubbles but federally there will be no PC majority.
Some times you need to vote smart and support the party even if your local guy is an idiot.
Canada has been severely damaged and can not withstand another 4 years of our wing nut leader.
Vote splitting will insure another 4 years.
That is voting to win a personnel battle but most certainly not the war.
You want Twinkle Toes in again......then take part in the vote splitting........
That is long and short of voting federally this go round.

yes , thanks! know all about that. would likely benefit us all to have an idea what the opinion of people down east are thinking. is what i'm getting at , they vote PPC and western provinces vote Conservative, we lose big. Split Vote at it's finest.

i'm thinking we are all saying the same thing, trying to get the same results.

I have to laugh at all the hate for Mandel and the Alberta Party, did they take some votes from the UCP sure they did, but they also stole votes away from the NDP, which probably helped Kenny and the UCP in some tight races, like Edmonton SW, and Calgary Varsity. In fact I'd wager there were more left leaning people that voted for the NDP in 2015 that voted for the AP this time around, and split more of the left vote. Federally, the PPC and Berneir will never get traction, just like the FCP and Filderbrant here.

Why can’t we get someone with balls like that in for the federal conservatives?

Watch her ask the question, she can’t even remember what to say without reading it halfway through!
