I also ride a Cat and haven't had great experiences with either Edmonton Dealer. I have started to deal with Terry at T&T (Site Sponsor) and so far it has worked out great. Our conversations have been PM's and phone calls for parts, with parts being shipped.

Missed them at the sled show, but I will drive out to meet them one day.
