need some xp clutch help

Take your belt off, open your secondary with the tool, now look down in between your secondary sheaves. You should see two #27 torx head bolts opposite one another, they hold your rollers in place. It could be that one of the heads broke off and went through your clutches. Or also check the rear left motor mount bolt, mine fell out and did the same thing to my clutches. Sorry for your bad luck.

cheers, i just ordered all new parts and it was an expensive ride.

Well found the problem. All the torx head screws between the sheaves on the secondary were sheered right off. Its an 09 with 2000 km and it just cost me 1200 bucks to fix. Not starting off very good but who ever said this was a cheep sport. Thanks for all the feedback.

upgrade that thing while you have a chance. team secondary and get the primary refinished. might aswell make the best of it.

Great call, finndoo!! Doing some clutch work tomorrow and will be looking into the secondary foresure.

If you decide to get new roller studs I was told get the studs for a 2011 with part # 417 127 252. They are supposed to be a new upgraded stud from the previous ones. I bought a pair and installed them in the fall when I put in high torque rollers, both of my rollers were cracked so take a close look at those too.
