Bearing for clutch sits in crankshaft. over time wears the crank. remove clutch. install tool. start engine. machine. install sleeve. good as new.

I've done a ton of them, but on a lathe. Its an cool way of doing it in the field.

That turbo 2 stroke I posted up is 7500+ at a smokin' 330rpm. Glad they don't make them anymore. When you can't pack more than 1 con rod bolt at a time, it's big enough. Compressor con rods are 1000lbs without pin.

No shat. Worked on the kvg and kvs. I prefer em. Rds. Hos. Blah. The first pic is my preference. Only one left running in Alberta now. they still runnin the states and I think there is 30 or so tug boats still got em. Ive heard that the love boat had a couple actually.

There isn't too many of the TCV's like the pic. left in Canada now. We bought 7 of them Spectra and tore them down to the foundation and sent them to one of our branches in Lousiana. Pick your part on a large scale.

I believe the first one is a cooper Bessemer. I see a series 4 wauk with a dresser compressor I think mounted to it, a 3516 cat, 3408 cat. A twin disc clutch.
I wish I took photos of the MEP I worked on that was a cool engine.
