Baseball doesn't start till April. Did you like "I am legend" movie? You can go onto the same aircraft carrier that Will was hitting golf balls off in the harbour. Empire State building is worth the trip to the top. Central Park is okay, since no green spaces in the city. They think its cool, me not so much. Its just one of the things to do. Best way to see the Stature of Liberty, take the free ferry to Staten Island. I also thought the pretzels sucked, really salty & way too much dough taste. Ride the subway, it a life experience for sure. The toy store from "Big" movie is cool place, FAO Schwartz. MSG doesn't really look like a hockey rink, way down stairs is another train system. I went to a basketball game, was bored out of my mind. Just have your wits about you & have a good time.

We tried to see some sports bit we were there last year Dec 20/21/22 and there were no games.
We stayed at the Hilton just off 5th so a lot of the attractions were within walking distance plus the train system was only a few blocks away.
Was gonna take wife to nice restaurant for her birthday but we walked the food district and found a place she liked. Once I told them it was her birthday they made a big deal outta it....booze started and that's all I remember. New Yorkers are the best in my books.
