With a lot less HP too.

The old school thinking that an N/A sled loses huge HP at elevation no longer applies today.
The old 3% for every 1000ft was a carb. sled but with EFI and MAP sensors sleds today do a good job holding HP.
They still lose HP but less then 2%, while the turbo version creates its own atmosphere continue to maintain.
In most all your BC riding zones N/A sleds are running closer to 150-155hp vs the turbo 170hp, it takes a lot of HP to gain 1mph track speed but 1mph make's a big difference in certain snow conditions.
So yes turbo sleds put more track speeds down for them early deep days vs an N/A but the balance of the season.

Huh? Regardless of the fuel system on the engine, it’s still a NA engine that relies on 14.7 at sea level to make its rated BHP. It still has a loss 3% per 1000.
One fuel system is just quicker than the other at making adjustments for temp, humidity and altitude. Aka, DA or density altitude. Pilots and drag racers use it all the time.

I heard that too and got mildly jealous! Geez, I hope we're not turning into a bunch of ricers. :ROFLMAO:
I wonder if there's actually any benefit and if the vents still do the self cleaning thing?

As long as you don't go with underglows or the RFL blowoff valve you are fine.

man that 9R is a useless sled. he says the boost is heavier so you get more tired but then he spends all day stuck on the 9R whats the difference LOL.. Even that 146x2.5" turbo freeride was performing better than that 9R
