OK, Curtis is checking when his improvement :d classes so he can grab his ankles backwards to make it more interesting in the bedroom. He should know something tonight. So we would have a meeting then for Monday at Rics Garage (my other home) at like 7:30, if Curtis has his meeting on Monday then we'll have it on Tuesday instead. Hopefully that works.

Tickets should arrive Friday morning and I'll give Ric some, and send 100 to Revy to Powder Petes.

Now at the last minute we are scrambing to find someone to run the bar for us. Did the club in McBride run the whole thing so they paid insurance and for permits and whose name was on the insur. and permits.
We are now checking with service groups here to run it. All proceeds would go to local charities, we don`t have the manpower to run the bar.
Doesn`t give us much time to sell tkts. we have to have #`s for caterer the Tues. before.
Maybe Ron u could post something in the Revy spot about the event, what`s going on and that tkts. are available at Pete`s. Local`s would see it and anybody else who is going to be here then.

Done, in the revy forum too. Tickets will be here tommorow and will be shipping them to Petes in Revy, Some to a few places in Calgary, Specality Sleds, Mountain Magic, Petro Canada Rics shop

You got the elks now for the bar and the rides home, the rides are on donations correct.

They provide tickets and liquor/mix

If we use tablecloths there is a charge, will phone a bit later to find out how much $.
Set up and take down is included in hall rental.
The caterer cleans up the kitchen and dinner dishes and Elks clean up bar and tables later.

Just a suggestion Ron, Dollar store sells table cloths CHEAP, and you can just throw them away at the end of the night. Find out the dimensions of the tables, I'll pick them up, it'll be my donation to the event

Usually 8 peeps to a table, if you don`t use the paper table clothes you can always use newspaper rolls and masking tape. Would be even less exspensive.
The rides home are provided, usually a donation is made when u use the service.

Ron, were sledders, were not know for being high classed...Id go with the newspaper (I can check next door at the Journal and see if I can get some - let me know). If we go with paper I'd seriously consider leaving a few crayons at each table -- it could be very funny...lol...
