$5.35 plus G.S.T. per table cloth
Usually 8 peeps to a table, if you don`t use the paper table clothes you can always use newspaper rolls and masking tape. Would be even less exspensive.
The rides home are provided, usually a donation is made when u use the service.

Holy crap for a table cloth? I can buy them bran new at Walmart for $6 for that size of table. I guess there cheap on the hall rental but get you other ways. I'll go with paper, can we staple it to the bottom of the table or I can get a roll of that white thin disposable table cloth plastic.

NO STAPLES have to use masking tape.
When I first approached the SRS about a 3 day pass they told me it was do-able now we have some humming and hawing going on. We have just been approved to increase the trail pass fee to $18. What they are telling me now is your group will still be able to purchase a 3 day pass for $45 so you would still save the increase cost. I`m still working on them. At this point I am hoping that they won`t increase the price till after the ride. Do you think there would actually be very many sold?

Trail Pass deal would have been nice but the $45.00 is OK. Not a make or break deal on if a guy was going or not but it all helps. JMHO

In McBride we had about 250 sleds directly related to the ride head up to Renshaw (paid trail).
