From what I saw in the first three games, the goalies did their job.

The bottom line is that you have to score more goals than the other team. Has Kesler done anything lately? After Henrik got his brains addled, he seemed to be finally playing with a purpose. Hansen and Higgins have been for real but the remaining dudes just haven't stepped up to the play-off level. The defense looks slow and behind a step. There is nobody who can play mean without being yappy and going to the box.

Yes, LA will and can close this off. LA in four!

PS I don't like it but that is how I see it.

My question is when are the oilers gonna rebuild. They have a solid 3 then a weak 9. 6 AWFUL defence-men and 2 AHL goalies. trade Hall and RNH away for as much as possible immediately and rebuild around Eberle. 3 elite players, with 3 big egos.

Someone sounds angry about their team and trying to trash others?

Last time I checked oilers have 3 young stars, who will be a top 3 on any team in the nhl next season the way they are going, hall needs to check his ego, but to think eberle or RNH have a ego, you are a complete idiot. They need some help on the back end for sure, but 2 good guys in and they will be solid in defense. Fowards, with the 1st draft pick they will be stacked up and give any other team a really tough go trying to defend against so much talent.

On the other hand, canucks got a goalie they can't pay to get rid of, a bunch of players who can yap instead of play, or dive, and others who can only show up in the regular season when it doesn't count, but when it comes to intense play in the playoffs all of them are no shows.

I think it's safe to say calgary and toronto are closer to a cup then the canucks. Atleast they can admit they need to rebuild. Canucks still have to big of an ego. Remember when luongo said canucks had the best goalie pair in the league? How's that working out? Schnieder is a good starter but loungo is a frigging joke. Loungo better start to play, or in a few years he will be a bench warmer somewhere.

The gloves aren't off, have you not learned we know we suck and you insults just fall on def ears. The point here really has nothing to do with skill or how good the team is..... It's got to do with an over confident team and fans talking more chit before a series even starts than the other teams do the whole play off run. And having a Swedish meatball publicly say he doesn't understand play off mentality as an excuse to choke.

And if you want to talk about sandy vag's look at the canucks after the first goal of game there and how their emotions caused a complete beak down of their play......

That is all

no just the worst team once they hit the playoffs, well this year anywho.......they played well last year, and are a solid team i will give credit where its due, but stop preaching their greatness before they prove it is all i'm saying.....it makes you look bad, and makes people want them to lose more, and more, and more, and more, every time

Quite the intelligent argument. Don't worry, I'd be angry if I couldn't see over my handle bars to.

I'm not angry just have some basic hockey knowledge.

3 talented players don't win cups: Washington(Ovechkin, Backstrom, Semin, Green) Vancouver(H.Sedin, D.Sedin, Luongo, Schneider, Bieska) San Jose(Thorton, Marleau, Couture, Burns, Boyle) Tampa(Lecavier, St. Louis, Stamkos) LA (Kopitar, Brown, Richards, Carter, Doughty, Quick, Bernier)

Players like RNH fall apart against defencemen like Chara, Regehr, Bieska.
Players like Hall fall apart against big tough 4th lines.
Eberle is a talented player no doubt about it I will give you that.
After that, Calgary's AHL team could beat the oilers.

and you mock others for their intelligent answers.......theres so much hockey knowledge in this forum we could make a team that wins the cup every year.....

chit lets be honest it doesnt matter wtf you know, or think you know about hockey, you have no fawkin clue how any of it will pan out......the oilers made it to the finals when people thought they would be out in the first round, teams coming in at 8th with no big names have made it all the way......come on.......phuck calgary didnt make it into the play of either, maybe their farm team should have tried instead right?

i love to stir the pot and fling chit about the play offs, in fact love it. but i will never come on here and claim i know phuck all about who will actually win, especially in the first round, nor talk chit about how another team would never make it, or spout my knowledge as gospel and talk who can beat who or win a match yup against who......ya know why???????

because if i knew, i would me making millions working in the NHL........so until you are a head coach, a scout, or even a phuckin announcer, you know chit, you know as much chit as i do.....and not half the chit cyle does.......

and thats that
