Don't you worry there bud, already experienced the Y pipe bolts disappearing. Nord Locks took care of that problem. :) Chain case oil already changed as well, and I will buy a new sprocket and chain this summer. Rave valves cleaned when new engine went in  thanks tho!! :)

Guess I should have kept reading before replying!

ya they look like wahl drivers. i could never keep them in a sled for more than a season. switched to avid much better product.

Wahls seem to work fine on lots of boosted sleds...... I've been running Wahls for a few seasons on both sleds and no issues, they are lasting well at 180+ HP. The only place I would spend the big $$$ for drivers is on a set from Mountain Magic for the CNC'd ones.

Thanks Modman. I'm not sure if mine are WAHL's or not, but in the rip down the alley I took they seemed to work good! :D My sled seemed to have a lot more giddy up too. Probably the new track combined with the new drivers. Pumped to test it all out this weekend.

What have I done to my sled this year.......

Broke my windshield trying to remove paint from it. Who needs a windshield anyways......lol
Installed vents on lower side panels and knee area.
Swapped out my rev brake handle/resevoir for an XP model. No more broken brake light switches!!
Installed Flow Rite next to speedo.
Replaced all 3 bushings, bolt and nut on left ski.
Cleaned both the primary and secondary cltuches.
Nothing too serious and I didn't miss a ride all year

Installed a Polaris Powder Keg tunnel box on wifes rev Summit, took a little modding to her sled it but it looks good and fits nice and snug. Too bad it won't hold but 2 beers.:(
She also needs a new front bumper, not the wife, the sled.;)
