I remember when i had my ACL surgery they had me do the same thing with putting yes and no on each knee. Aren't they supposed to know?!?! LOL

Dont have picutres but I separated my left shoulder in monster bowl a couple years back. That was a struggle and a half getting back out

That sled looks TOTALLY Jagermeistered. Did you do fancy headstand or was that some kind of fancy new riser on those bars? Must have hurt pretty good.

She was pretty Jager'd up. Basically saw the rock mid flight and ended up jumping off enough the bars caught my legs and i flipped, luckily i landed beside the rock. Damage to me wasn't bad, just a little stiff.
