The Otter box is good! I tried a twisted metal one and it looked cool cause it was all billet aluminum and painted up nice but it would block all the service. I live in the city of Leduc and standing in my yard I had no reception.

I have the Otter box as well. Comes with a lifetime warranty on the cover itself. The I Phone is very slippery so a box with some grip in it is a must as the phone can slip off of stuff very easily.

Theirs some waterproof, dust proof ones. If you want some serious protection. I just is a clear plastic one on my 4S, pretty much just protects it from light drops and scratches. I also have an otter box for when it's in my
Coat when I am sledding and stuff.

I was looking at that one. Pretty pricey though and I didnt like the reviews directed to the screen. Lots are saying that you loose sensitivity with the touch screen.

I've had lifeproof for my 4S since spring and use it when I'm out quadding/camping/partying, etc... Works really good, it's saved me having to buy a new phone once for sure! Expensive but worth it!

I just bought a ISkin . Some of them covers make the phone so big it won't fit in my pocket.

i like the balistic cases, when you hook it on your pocket it sits lower than the otter box. bought a life case for 15 minutes, left store drove two blocks and returned it! i hate the clip for the otter box i actually filed it so it wouldnt stay open. just ordered off the internet some survivor by griffin cases, similar to balistic, try it out!

I have the Griffin case and like it. Dropped phone from cab of vac truck and not a mark. I don't like the flap protector over the camera as you have to hold it open to take pics but for saving the phone Id still go with the Griffin

Lifeproof!! Seriously Works and No issues with screen sensitivity if installed right. The ghost armor looks pretty, and only prevents some scratches. Mine fell out of my pocket onto the driveway when it was ghost armored and thats the only scratches it has bc the armor isnt the whole phone. That and when u get a case ie otterbox (which does work good too), the case wont fit right because the ghost armor too thick (even tho its thin). Go lifeproof. Iv dropped mine from about 8.5ft onto concrete floor and not a mark or issue, held the phone call i was on too. Friend took his swimming no problems. The dust proof wind proof water proof of the phone is incredible. Most solid case iv ever had for a phone. Only catch is not all ipod/phone 'non apple iphone' chargers and connects will fit with the case bc of the flap for the charge port.

I finally exited the stone age and dumped my blackberry for an iphone 5.

How are you guys finding these Lifeproof cases? Some friends of mine said that they are not working so hot. I guess there is a new version though.

Element makes nice metal cases, but my god they are pricey (150 bucks). Any other suggestions? Otterbox doesn't do much for me.

I have had the Lifeproof on my phone since day 1. The only thing I don't like about it is that you have to remove a little screw in piece to and use an adaptor to use headphones. Not a huge deal, but what do you do with the piece you remove so it doesn't disappear?

The new ones have a rubber thing on the adapter that it screws into. Also comes with a second screw incase you lose one.
