The place is nothing but line ups.

200 person lines at every concession. Miss half a hockey game getting the kids a bag of popcorn.

No vendors out on the concourse.

Not really state of the art designs when you miss half of an event standing in line ups.

Confused here.

Garth Brooks and Oilers game.

No issues at all. Ever!

Must be more to the story. Fill us in.

Was the Mister Rodgers concert that busy? Damn I missed agood time.

Met alot of nice chicks in line ups... If you know what I mean...

Feed the good wolf not the bad one. You will be happier. Life is short my friend.

I go there often and never hit lineups. I head for the concession and can with 2:00 left in the period and never see a lineup.

Did you wait for the period to end when 15,000 other people head the the concession all at the same time?

I also leave with 2:00 left in the third (unless it's a tie) and never get caught in traffic.

If you say you never seen a line up there, you likely have premium tickets and have not been to peasant town up in the upper level. First line is at the massive bottle neck escalator heading upstairs. Yesterday was worse than normal.

There was no vendors out on the concourse yesterday. It was an afternoon Preseason game but ticket cost is the same. Later saw one guy out selling popcorn. He said he was the only one for yesterday’s game.

Skipping 6 minutes of a game your missing 10% of the event. Also you and the others doing this is constantly interrupting the people in their seats watching the game as your getting in and out of your rows as you all pick a different time to go early.

This place is designed as a stadium. It is no secret the crowds will all come at intermission. 15000 is a small crowd compared to a big football game.
The old area managed the crowds better, the engineers did better 40 years ago. This one fancy but functionality is lacking.

The atmosphere is also not the same. It’s not the Loudest crowd in the game anymore!

I was to two games last season and never had those issues. Yea they were big line ups, but they went fast. The only annoying wait was the bathroom, food lines were quick. I was in the lower section, but honestly the minor bit of ticket difference comparing how much better the seats are, well worth it. If i'm going to a hockey game, spending $200 per seat is not a big deal, imo.

You were also just at a preseason game. Honestly I personally wouldn't even bother unless tickets were less then half.

We got lower bowl preseason tickets for $40 each. Not sure how bad the OP got ripped off if he said they weren't much cheaper than regular games. Found mine in Kijiji.

I have bought a 4 game, 6 game, and 4 game pack, for the last 3 years at rodges place. And many previous packs at the old rink.

I buy 5 seats, I have 3 young boys that love hockey and we enjoy watching the game. I also have respect to not interrupt the others in my row and have family of 5 race a needless lineup at a place that is supposably designed for crowds.

When you buy a ticket pack it almost always includes a pre season game or a few not as desirable teams or games. 40$ Kijiji tickets are season seat people getting what they can get at a loss.

My statement was not based on my first visit to Rodgers. It has had its good and bad days in different areas. Yesterday in my opinion was an extremely bad day in concession sales. Normally there are people out selling the essentials. I could buy myself a beer not too bad, but to buy my kids a popcorn and a drink was ridicules!
