Yep snow was decent on Saturday, also ended up taking one of our farm cats for a road trip. Must have jumped on right before we left and I didn't know she was on the sled trailer until 40 min into the drive, I wasn't about to turn around. haha

We stuffed her in a buddy's enclosed for the day with a makeshift litter box and some floor dry stolen form a gas station

Rode Quartz today. It was cold in the morning but warmed up some by afternoon. It’s pretty tracked out and wind blown needs a major reset. Rode over to area 51-52 as well it was clear blue sky. Trying Gorman tomorrow but think it’s going to be the same. Hopefully March is a big snow month.

Thought about you guys when we went by at 7:30 this morning on way back from Revy. It was -19 at that time and had the cold front haze look

Logging was at km7 last weekend

Well, you better know where to ride if your looking for fluffy snow.

1600m and less is slush fest
1800m it’s starting to freeze
2000m is packed powder, I mean packed
2100m you’ll find heavier fluff-ish stuff on north facing aspects only


Rained up to 16-1700m today. 0c at 2000m. It’s not freezing at nights in the alpine right now.

Pick your sunny days rides. Bottom trails are really soft.

Lots of movement in snow and avalanche activity, be aware guys!
