Thanks Gymbrat, never been a body builder (it shows) but always like to stay in shape and trydifferent exercise's, mostly because I get bored doing the same ones over andover. Used to like playing racquet ball, squash, B-ball and hockey, but theknees give me to much trouble if I play all the time and after three knee surgerieswell lets just say I’m a slow learner, but I have learned....

I’d ratherbeing doing then exercise for the sake of exercise...but now I exercise so Ican still do...

We should have a BEFORE and AFTER contest. Each participant picks their training program of choice. Take a before photo. Do 4-8 weeks of the program (decide on an exact length). Take an after photo. Most dramatic result by S&M member vote wins.... Wins a???

I could run and exercise every day I dont work(which is a lot) but I have a life and only spend an hour a day in the gym. The training program is nothing compared to diet.

So you should kick my ass then? I have three kids and a full time job. Is that "challenge accepted"??
