SweetSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk while working extremely hard
Thanks, my concrete guy wants 4 of them. It has it's own filtration and 110 power feed for the sump pump that sits 6 feet down. Not that it needs to be that deep. I had the sch80 16" pipe laying around and didnt feel like cutting it.

Here's a couple pics!

very impressive. both the garage and the drain. Best coat the drain system with some type of epoxy paint or she will rust like a mofo. My sump is concrete and it has a steel angle iron rim that the grating sits on and it is rusting badly from the salt that is in the snow and slush the melts off of my vehicles.

Thx. Did already, these pics are from awhile ago. The grating is not done yet as I wanted to see how the floor color came out.

Got my furnace hung today! Duct work done to and making heat! Soooo much better than the rental tent heater!
Very happy with the way it turned out. Two registers and it blows hard to the far side of the garage. At first I was going to run duct to the far side but changed my mind thinking it would mess up all the roof lines. So I figured try it this way and see how it works. Can always add duct later! I don't see needing it. Just have to plumb the condensate drain line. Gunna run ss tubing.

Getting something's spotted and set up! It's really true, you don't know how much crap u have til u have to move it!
Ceiling fans turned out to be a real b!$&h. I should have switched them at the wall. Instead I thought I'd rather have remotes rather than another switch bank by the door! That remote sensor that goes up in the fan was not made these fans!! But a home made bracket and we're in business !

You'll know for next time when you build your REALLY, REALLY nice garage....(you can get fan controllers for 3,5 or 10 fans so there wouldn't need to be a bunch of switches)

Nice. you decide to go with T5 lighting?
No the lights t5s that I had picked out were back ordered 3weeks and $160 a piece. I could wait, I spotted these t8's at HD for $47.
So figered I'd give them a whirl when I needed 14 of them. I still might change out a couple of the fronts closer to the work bench once it's built. But so far they are fine for the 1/3 price difference.

There is no doubt the T5's are pricey (Lamps are over $5.00 X 4 or 6 per fixture)
