As I mentioned a few posts ago.

Nothing new except they hand you the ticket. Before that you went to court and had to deal with it.

If anything it will save court time for the government.

When AEP /ESRD/SRd stopped at our camp August long we had a great talk.

They explained the changes and the do's and don't.

Seems some people on here have sake to them like Pal Don.

Yet others spew BS and hearsay with incorrect information.

Call them or speak to they yourselves and get the answer for your area.

We have met the same AEP member 3 times in the last 2 months and have had great visits. Very informative.

I am not telling you what he has said its up to you to go ask yourself. All I know is my riding style is fine.

Saw two guys washing quads in creek yesterday. I stopped and told them to get their friggin quads out of the water and that they could be fined heavily. They were around my age. Smh

This was shared by a friend on Facebook posted by fish and wildlife. They are actually replying to people's questions and comments. What I read in several answers from fish and wildlife is that they are more looking for people abusing the trails and ripping up and down streams. If there's no bridge or other way around they stated it is ok to go across if you go slow and use a already established crossing.

Tickets with specified fine penalties can now be issued on the spot for irresponsible off-highway vehicle use, damage and destruction to fish or wildlife habitat and inappropriate waste disposal.

These tickets are another tool for our officers, who may also issue written warnings, require the person(s) responsible to repair any damage they caused or compel the person(s) responsible to appear in court.

Anyone who witnesses serious public lands abuse can phone the 24-hour Report A Poacher line at 1-800-642-3800.

Call the line when you see someone:
- driving in the bed or shore of a natural water body
- driving up and down a stream
- crossing a stream with excessive speed
- not using a nearby crossing, bridge or ford
- creating tire ruts
- creating new trails in an area with existing trails
- taking their vehicle off trail in sensitive areas
- blocking existing trails
- clearing a new trail to access another area
- clearing trees and other plants to for a camping spot
- building or inhabiting an unauthorized structure
- leaving large amounts of litter
- abandoning vehicles
- entering closed areas
