Client is an Alberta fishcop, fixing his govt truck. Quizzed him about this. His statement was that if you are on an atv or dirt bike and cross 90* on a trail they don't care. It's more about the big mud truck guys and the guys who think it's ok to was their sxs in the river.

He told me not to worry about it

Reason I added you to the list, I because of your out of the blue b.s blab about me personally

And you have been doing it pretty consistent as of late, not sure what your problem is

If you don't like my spelling or my phones spelling, then I guess that's your problem

This isn't a high school teacher forum last I recall

I'm still stoked that I got quoted twice in one post - from the same post! That's gotta be a record.

Do I need to fill out two HFRs now? How do you manage to post on S&M with a speak-and-spell? Will the Cubs win the world series? Should I port my chaincase? Can I put two sleds on a deck on my half ton if I run load range E tires? Jeebus, this is going to be a busy day sorting all of this out!:firefire:

I remember a story where SRD charged a guy for skipping a sled on a lake, eventually all charges were thrown out because it was a snowmobile and not classified as a boat. apparently there are no rules against running a sled on a lake or river...in the summer or winter. in Peace River they used to have sled drag races across the river during Peacefest in June. there were always a few that sunk, Dick's Diving was on scene to retrieve the sunken sleds and bring 'em back to shore.

No problem for jet boats, it is perfectly legal for them to turn and entire river system from clear.. to brown. Has to be killing every dam fish egg in the entire river. No possible way any 1000 atv's could be doing 1/2 the damage one jet boat does in a single day.
