Its a hurricane here. How much rain you guys get in Carbon?

It's a little windy here too, but slow enough to spray. We got a little over 2 inches in the past week. Sounds like more coming tomorrow. How much did Milo get?

Got 250 acres done today until mother nature took us out. Severe weather broke around 2 and stayed. 3 tornados in the county west of us and 2 in our county plus one in the county to our east. We were dry but the ground cant handle 2.6 inches in 20 minutes. Now we have pond all over in our flatter fields and the hilly ground was really bad. Just when you think everything is goin / looking good moyher nature fixes it.

Farming can sure be a humbling lifestyle.

Too bad the phone i had at the time didnt work. I wanted to take pictures as the front moved in. I had NEVER seen anything like it in my 26 years. Sure looked pretty though as the planter was coming across the field with the dark blue sky and wall cloud and rotation in the sky. Plus add the additional lightning and it looked like something you would only see on tv.

Looking forward to harvest, post. If this rain and Sun pattern keeps going, it's going to be an awesome fall.

17 acres left. The worst part of finishing is metering everything out so you dont have anything left.

Frosty on its way tonight here. Supposed to get to -3 or -4 celsius tonight. Already 0 degrees at 11pm. Cover up those peas and canola boys.

No blanket needed here yet.
Here's a picture of the seeding unit. Loving the tracks. Sure has a lot of pulling power, which is good for this heavy land, and the hills we have.
