Big guys have to many acres so have to start early. Later crops will catch up and less risk of freezing the crop.Some of the big guys have started seeding but the soil thermometer tells me I should wait.

My yearly poisoning program has run me out of target practice. Real world problemsIf any farmer would like a gopher exterminator. I have a .17HMR and a .223 bench gun, that need to see sunshine again.
Rained about 8mm the last 2 days. Haven't seeded a single acre yet, hope to start soon.

Crazy how we're only about an hour apart and there still is free standing puddles on the pavement and in my yard.Takes a 6mm to make a puddle in yard and none to be seen

As soon as the sun starts making heat again, my grass will be shooting up. As it's already a nice shade of green
