Just out of curiosity, what's the price differential between this building size in wood compared to steel?
You would still need concrete walls for the dividers, so I would guess concrete and wood will be cheaper. We just about went concrete the whole way up but in the end we went this route. Been awhile since we have done a steel building so can’t give you a definitive answer.

No. It’s for a dairy farmer in the Ponoka area.

Brother put up a 80-300’ pole shed a few years back.. heated 1/3, cooled 2/3.. beautiful building over all, and big bi- fold doors either end, shop doors on the one side.. big investment but there for generations to use

I would like to say all good but going thru a nasty divorce is not the the faint of heart LOL. Hence the reason I have not been on here very much lately. Otherwise, all good and trying to keep my head above water from this stupid COVID BS. How about you? I hear moisture is lacking for guys and is a bit of concern for us buyers but then again things can change in a heart beat.

Sorry to hear that Dennis. All the best. Yes we are dry. One has to be optimistic. You know the old saying? "Seed in the dust, grain bins will bust!"
