yup, my grandfather sold the family ranch in chezacut bc to du , pretty much a area closed for every thing, our family can still go and visit but just a day trip .no public access ,no hunting etc , .It is my understanding that when they purchase a wetland, they set the tone for "in perpetuity" or in lay man's terms, forever. They have very strict usage rules and DU owns the piece forever. Another similar situation to the Nature Conservacy of Canada/
