That is more in line with the grumblings I've heard. They are definitely a nuisance.

Ducks bought 12 acres off my aunt and uncle. The property boarded a water fowl habitat and provincial park. Needless to say they paid a damn good amount for it. Cant hunt on that lake anyway due to residents restrictions (no shooting area I think). So in a situation like that it's not really a bad thing.
