Thats not bad, should pull nice, i think im lighter than that.

I did a test towing before I decided to purchase truck. I wanted to make sure it would be ok.
I will like the 8 foot box for camping and also turning radius with room between trailer and cab.

Definitely the long box is better, ya no worries of hitting the cab with that set up. Never been in a dually so Leary about going that way

I have never needed the training wheels as don’t pull big loads like you are .
Had rodeo buds that do thou and started with SRW trucks and switched to the dually .
They said difference is night and day . Went from burning a good set of tires off in the rear at 40000 kms to 130000 kms with dually .
Handling , brakes are greatly improved which it should be .
If I was pulling a unit like yours quite a bit it would be a dually as well .
Nice set up .

We truck towed very well. No sway, pulls trailer easy. I weight everything at scales so I will check my axle weights.

Found I could go over speed limit easy if I wanted to.

Downside. I got stuck really bad getting into a camp spot yesterday. Lol.
