Oh yes he's watching.

I think all Cats have them factory wired, they just need tether clip plugged into the harness don't they? I know mine came wired for it. You just order the piece for your machine and then just plug it in.

Will have them on every sled I own.

Started using it on my last sled, 2007 Polaris RMK 600 Carb sled, and more than a few times I have had it upside down, on its side, you name it, and the sled did run for a time being before it died, long enough to do damage to me or someone else. Last year in Cooke I pilled it into a tree on purpose as it was going to fast and headed downhill towards another sled/rider (long story), was upside down WOT on top of me, not a safe situation at all, I know they run upside down long enough.

Tether didn't help as I was still with the sled and connected, but if it rolled back on its top it would have been gone again.

First thing that went on my new RMK was a tether, and if people want to ride my sled they also have to wear it. They don't like it they don't have to ride it.

i learned the hard way to wear my tether, throttle stuck wide open on my old 01 rmk 800 and it hit a power pole at mach chicken, thats why i would wear it on a carbed sled.....its just common sense really, for any machine imo. stupid that skipoo are the only ones that have a tether setup from the factory.
