I need to fix the rocker panel rust first, but yes, it will be white again. The deck will stay black.

Don't waste your time on the rockers. They'll just rust out again. Chitty body design. Just cover them up with stainless accent panels if you care that much. Love my Cummins. Dodge body is a rusty peice of crap!

Nothing major; Modded fuel plate, custom air intake, 4" straight pipe and turned the pump up a bit, pulls like a train. Next engine "mod" I'm doing is bigger injectors

If your doing bigger injectors plan on doing a injection pump as well. If your injection pump is old it will have a hard time building pressure to crack open the new bigger injectors when staring it so it will become hard starting.

You ever owned a P-pump? I've never seen one wear out.

I would recommend against injectors for other reasons though. That pump will have a ton of room left to add more fuel. I would do a turbo so you actually have the air to cool all the fuel.

No but they do get old and lazy just like anything. My brother is a heavy duty mechanic and he saids that's a common issue when bigger injectors are added.

Actually you make a lot of sense, My dad has a 97 with I think 75 hp injectors and when his starts it almost sounds like the battery is dead and then it fires right up, it pulls a lot harder than mine, just starts a bit rough

Beautiful truck, However no need for me haha I rarely ever tow more than 10,000 pounds, the most I have pulled with my truck over distance was about 13,500 pounds and she did it with ease, through the mountains no problem, no need for 1,000 Hp haha like I said, beautiful truck though!

With that much power he wouldn't be able to tow much. Even if the egt's were under control, he would overheat pretty fast lol
It would sure be a fun truck though!!!

Its a drag race truck, although I believe he has somewhere near $135,000 into it. I'm not a Dodge or a Cummins fan, but this truck is really impressive.

Its strictly a drag race truck, no street use, although I believe he has somewhere near $135,000 into it. I'm not a Dodge or a Cummins fan, but this truck is really impressive.

its street legal
