Having some problems with the clutching on an 06 summit 800 adrenaline 144". revving out at 7800 rpm but track speed sux. i'm set at 4 on the primary and 3 on the secondary and reaching 111 km/h my dad has a 04 summit highmark 151" he is set at 3 on the primary and 3 on the secondary and he is hitting around 120km/h. he thinks my speed should be higher than his because of the drivers and track. clutch is also making a tinging noise and i can not get the buttin holder out of the cup of the primary.

Sounds like you need a cleaning. Belt dust and dirt along with heat may have gummed up your primary. I'd crack it open and check it out. There are instruction vids on youtube if you want to do yourself. search for Dynamoe Joe Clutch kits and look for his vids on TRA maintenance.

Take your clutch puller thread it back into your clutch and tap on the head of puller(gently). Will push out the fixed half, probably rust is holding together.
