Calling Lake Area Hunters/Quadding

Anyone who knows the Calling Lake area well know where most of the hunters are going to be this Saturday? A few of us are planning a quad trip on Saturday from Calling Lake cabins. Not planning to go east to the Athabasca, as we know there are a lot of hunters in that area, but thinking of going west of the campsite and provincial park.

Just wear lots of bright orange colors and keep your lights on , that should keep you reasonably safe from a hunter's bullet.

If theres quads in the area I dont think the hunters (wildlife will be around) and hunters dont blast at the first thing they see move.

MOST hunters make sure that they know what they a shooting at, HOWEVER there are always 1 or 2 that just blast away at any movement or noises in the trees. Hopefully those hunters stay at home, we do not need to dodge bullets like our war vets.
