Throttle response seems pretty good.

Has anyone asked how a T3 feels compared to the Pro, or even an Viper MTX with similar boost and track configure??

Added Edit- Does the new fueling for turbo effect the 'break in mode' at all??

Pin weight is a small part and what does it matter?
Ramp profile, spring can all effect the pin weight.
He could have 200 hp and run lighter pin weights than a 140 hp sled.
Lots of different ways to clutch .
Nice running sled . IMO

some more info on the low boost kit.

Well this is the kit that the Doo faithful have been looking for. This a 4-5lb boost non intercooled, altitude compensating kit. This kit offers slightly more power at altitude than the Doo is rated for at sea level. We use a Garrett turbo, Turbosmart boost controller and blow off, and of course our standalone extra injector fuel management system.
There is no relocating factory components or cutting up factory exhaust. The kit comes with a stainless muffler with dual exits, and is quieter than aftermarket cans. If customers want to update the kit to a water to air kit, then it is as easy as adding an intercooler, heat exchanger, water pump, and charge tube. Then just add pin weight and turn up the boost.
We are targeting a price of 5000.00 cdn plus install of roughly 700.00.
Kits will be available late summer 2015.

How does split second porting affect using this turbo. Would it help or hinder?

i will check with neil, not sure how it would affect the 2 strokes but really helps the 4 strokes on throttle response, i know the 2 strokes like to flow more air, they like bigger ars on the exaust side of the turbo.

Which turbo kit is the T3 climbing the chutes running? Is it the low boost kit, or one of the intercooled ones?

That t3 looks like it moves quite a bit faster than the axys...

I thought the same thing. The axis doesnt look that impressive but the T3s are friggin flying.
You're both clearly incorrect......by saying anything that brp makes is even slightly better than something Polaris makes at anything means you drink "doolaide" and are stupid......

I've been on the fence for an 872, with the USD exchange this kit is looking even better.

I paid 5300 for my 872 installed with the clutching to go with it, this kit being 5700 installed ready to rip i would say definitely gives the 872 a run for its money.

what d like to know is the videos of the t3? is that the low boost non inter cooled kit giving performance like that.. or is that running higher boost

This is peer speculation but I would imagine it is the intercooled unit......also pure speculation but I would bet even money your trygstad bb wouldn't keep up with a well tuned low boost kit......

i wouldn't know, i haven't really gotten to ride my 872 due to having issues. but now its running again well see. I am inclined to say you are probably correct. Im pretty interested in this and wouldn't mind trying one out. If i have to do any more modifications i think something along the lines of this may be my next route. BUT well see how my bb performs.
