I just called Martin Motorsports up here in Edmonton, they have 1 left in stock. $1900 for motor + $700 core charge which you should get back in full by the sounds of the shape yours is in. The unfortunate part is they won't transfer this to Martins Calgary for you without an additional fee, you would have to pay for shipping which she said would be around another $50. Hopefully Bow comes up with a better price, alot closer to home.

Thanks for looking for me. Fingers crossed for Bow South. Here are the numbers I've come up with including the cost at $140 to ship my core back:

Dee's Marine: $2,560.60 delivered to Old's
Online outta Michigan: $2,438.00 delivered to Sweetgrass Montana
Bow South: ???

then of course -$700 for core refund

Also, do the dealers charge you to ship the core back? Or do they just take it and hand you your $700 back?

Thanks! Thats my "Online outta Michigan" they are $1298 + $189 shipping within the states + 5% AB tax + $9 fee for a place in Montana to hold it + $700 core + $120 shipping back core from Calgary to MI. Then I have to drive to Sweetgrass MT

BUT they ship UPS and UPS will rape me with fee's hence why I'd get it shipped to sweetgrass Montana.

I called the west-end location...never even tried the southside, i have the worst luck with them. Everytime i go there they have no stock but westside always does. Glad you got something, now the re-assembly partaaaay.:d

The only special tool I can recall that you require is a flywheel puller.

haha thanks! I think but I think I have it covered now. I'll pull off as much as I can, and start labeling bags for the parts and where they came from. Then when my buddy gets here tomorrow night we'll take it out the rest of the way. Hoping it won't be too bad, or too hard.

And hopefully the dealer will tell me if I missed taking something off!
