How much did you pay for your new engine?

As Maxwell already stated, without diggin up the receipt it was around $18-1850ish and mine is the same as yours 800HO

but you cant run one in your sled.[/QUOTE]

The only way to put the 800R in is to change the electrics and again as stated...big bucks$$$$

forgot boobies can we say boobies in this thread

I should mention i love boobies, big monster boobies.

Sorry, the male peelers had me goin last night.

So...the verdict is I need a new short block. Something is going on with the crank bearing. I pulled off the head and when the piston for the Mag side goes up it's REALLY hard to pull over, the PTO side is remarkably fine, no scoring nothing, but the Mag side is scored up which is really strange. I was going to rebuild the top end, and getting the crank bearings re-done would cost me about $300 less than a new crate motor so the choice is easy to me. Calling the accountant about my tax refund, calling the place I want to order off of to check on warranty and ask if it comes with gaskets n stuff then I'll order it up and hopefully she'll be here next week.

Thank goodness my credit cards are paid off, haha

Plus I'm still getting someone saying that I should tear the whole engine down and rebuild the crank. Others saying just replace. Eff I just wish there was one answer ugh
