Doing one tomorrow.

We are Brining Turkey overnight. How did it turn out - Dry or moist? And did you brine before hand? Jury was 50/50 on brining. Figured it couldn’t hurt.

Did one today. Forgot to grab pics. Didn't brine and the juices were pouring out of it. Was purely amazing. Haven't tried brining yet but may have too on the next one.

Looks great!

The white meat was very moist. Lots a juices sealed inside it. I started smoking it at 10 this morning, took it off around 4:30.

Some like to put the bird right on the grill. I like to catch the drippings for smoke flavored gravy.

I want to try a brine as well.
