Slow but sure Doug. Two flare ups of gout have set back the physical exercise part a lot. But I'm down 15+ pounds now.

Homemade meat balls with regular hamburger, melted butter, shredded cheese, and many spices. So much better than the dry oven cooked ones!!

I've cooked a few cookie sheets on the q , 2 butterflied chickens on a cooling rack over a cookie sheet fit purrfect.

Cook it hot enough to smoke the fat and no flare ups. Sauce them at the end of the cook, like 30 min total.
