Tried the 123 ribs with beef and pork.....dam they were good. Few different rubs but all great

Me too! I'd be on those baby backs on the right before anyone had a chance to grab a plate

always have to have a "nibbler" when cooking ribs on the Q..... it's chefs responsibility to sample and be sure they are safe for others eating them..... if all are consumed they must not have been safe for the others

Well I didn’t get a picture of it but did a 8.5lb bone in pork shoulder today. About a 7.5hr cook (5hrs smoke and 2.5hrs foiled all at 225) and a good hour rest before pulling. Some home made BBQ sauce to go with it and some scratch made coleslaw and creamed corn on the side. Hell of a meal.

Oh for sure those look awesome! My wife made some 2 days ago and was like eating muffins with roast beef ( blamed it on the stove) she tries lol but definitely seems like there is an art to making them thanks!
