What was your rib recipe?

I just did 3ish hours until the colour was right and then wrapped in butcher paper with some butter until they felt tender and then I sauced them and pulled them when the sauce was tacky

Was a pit boss competition recipe. Basically your favorite rub then smoke 2 hours ar 200.
Then in foil or covered foil pan with a couple cups applesauce in it for 2 hours.
Then sauce at 350 for about 15 min or till sauce was tight. Let rest 20 min and giver!

I used a bourbon cabellas rub and chicken and rib keg spice

Rib roast with basic flavourings; salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Browned and turned every 15 minutes on the grill with generous spraying of olive oil.
Removed from the grill and placed on the top rack to bake at 400°F until internal temp reached 125°F
Turned the BBQ off and let it rest.
Tender and delicious.
