Looks like you have the " Joetisserie"
I bought the Amazon version. It was recommended by someone else. Comes with a pizza stone and pizza oven setup as well. 1/4 the price and so far works awesome. Haven't used it for pizza but have used the rotisserie half a dozen times and it keeps getting better results.

Looking great kind sir. All I have done up so far are some trays of curried rice with 1/2 dozen wings.

Attempting Pork Belly Burnt Ends for the first time tonight. Following the Matt Pittman method (Meat Church).

Seasoned with Meat Church Holy Gospel, on the Traeger at 275 for 3 hours. Spritzing every 45 minutes with Apple Juice. Brought them in hit them with more Holy Gospel and Traeger Sweet Lips BBQ sauce and honey. Back on the Traeger for an hour at 275.... should be done about 930 tonight.

Look awesome Tyler.
The toughness of meat is a pesonal liking I would think, like bacon.
Some like it crispy and tough, some it tender and soffter.

Well done! Not the toughness, lol.

Chicken wings are ready to go into the air fryer. Salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, and a special Cabella's rub. Also a generous touch of chilli pepper seeds/flakes.

As I went along with this project, after the air cooker, I decided I'd add a little garlic powder, liquid honey, onions, and yellow peppers. Mixed that all together and baked in the oven for 20 minutes Turned out pretty darn good.
