Looking for a good programable radio for sled vehicle, to program forestry and sled Chanel’s.. what’s everyone’s recommendations

Currently has the old cb radio installed, not sure if the antenna will work

And if you make to Prince George and need one. For 135 you get a radio and magnetic mount antenna. 2 minutes and your radio is up and running, in any vehicle

For those interested the newest UV-5RA8 radios i received have a 30% larger battery and one reached 12.1 watts on the tester, all were in the 11 watt range. I don't have the interest anymore to test them though.

I have so many radios and different types piled up everywhere, every dam model and make you can think of. Baofeng just puts anything they want in a radio and puts a different name on it. I guess i just wait for feed back now. I have lots of duds in radios for sure. What i mean by testing is going out in the field and getting real results instead of tester results.

High 12.2 watt Mid 10.4 watts and low 3.0 watts. Maybe i should test this radio out farther. Big fail is the 60 dollar BF-F9HP at 3.0 watts on high that is the V2 version
