I keep my block just tight enough so if I hit something and smash my thumb on it, it moves instead of my thumb. I've never had an issue with it moving while riding. As with all of the Polaris RMK sleds (including mine) a throttle block upgrade/fix. I took out the set screw on the bottom and threaded/tapped the handle bars and threaded/lock tighted a screw in. Put ty-wraps over it and electrical taped the hell out of it. Third Polaris sled now that the throttle block slipped of and wobbled on the handle bars-nothing more frustrating.
