As with all of the Polaris RMK sleds (including mine) a throttle block upgrade/fix. I took out the set screw on the bottom and threaded/tapped the handle bars and threaded/lock tighted a screw in. Put ty-wraps over it and electrical taped the hell out of it. Third Polaris sled now that the throttle block slipped of and wobbled on the handle bars-nothing more frustrating.
I keep my block just tight enough so if I hit something and smash my thumb on it, it moves instead of my thumb. I've never had an issue with it moving while riding.

I was looking at throwing a muff pot in that same spot. Good to know it works. Does your silicone 90 off the turbo inlet rub on the body panel?
Nope still lots of clearance and it's a tight fit with muff pot but hey it still works and still cooks my steaks

You will get out lots this year so let's get it done while she is still in Edmonton!

I'll put your company logo on my sled if you can talk Dad into sponsoring me a Boondocker Sidekick. Oh.... and maybe change your profile pic... that was like 5 sleds ago. ;)

I could make that decision as the owner of the company and sorry bud, have to say no.
I like the old picture.

Unless you are experiencing extreme belt temps I wouldn't worry. Polaris generally has better stock clutching and better performing clutches. They can obviously use a little more weight. Are you bowing belts? Polaris belts tend to delaminate when over heated. I am not running the stock polaris belt so I don't know if the Axys belt has been better than the Proride belt.

Got one on my 14 Turbo PRO. Blows out a lot of hot air. 3 seasons-no issues.
