Videos up. 16mins of your life you'll never get back. Lol.

I tried using the mic and voice over feature to play Spotify off my phone for the music. It didn't work.
Oh well.

June 22 2024.

I'll have to get people who did this to weigh in.
The trail plus road from highway 40 down 666 looks to be just shy of 200kms. 1 way.
So going to assume 2.5hrs to 3hrs from GP to the falls. So be sure to have enough fuel.

I am planning on camping with Yoandry Collazo Barroso and Bruce Thorne. Most likely be near the trail head.
I'm assuming some people will be coming from GP to join that morning.

I'm looking to see if someone wants to take on leading that. Provide the meeting point and time.
Well use GMRS 17(FRS17) 462.600mhz for radio.
And we'll meet you guys as you go by us. (Close to the trail head).

As for what time at the trail head, because I've never done this I'm assuming 10am would be a good time to meet there? I'm open for suggestions on a time.
The pin is what I'm calling the trail head.

Thanks for bringing back good memories. You will have to do a snowmobile trip up. It is a lot of fun in there.
After seeing it this past weekend. I really want to see it in the winter. Sounds fairly similar to McBride snow, talking with so of the locals

Never been anywhere else. I personally loved it. The trail is long, pack lots of extra gas. But the area is very rewarding. Watch the closure areas, some area's are off limits.

Went up Marble Mountain and then up the side of Limestone.
Had a few casualties. The XJ blew its rear Drive shaft on the steps.
I smoked my clutch. But it's still working fine.
The Ram blew his front drives shaft just before the peak of Marble Mountain.
The lead jeep tipped sideways in a V notche. I lost a rear brake. Caliper stuck.
Few of us took some chunks out of our lugs.
All in all, was still a great day.

Hands down that's the most technical, intimidating, intense and challenging trail I have done.

Looks like fun. Lots of broken bits there definitely more hardcore off-roading than I'm used to with my 80hp 4x4 lol.

Any of you guys have or know of any rigs for sale? I think I'm looking for a 2000's TJ. I want the 4.0 straight 6 with a manual trans and a Dana 44 in the rear. Prefer mostly stock and I'll do the winch, bumpers, skid plate and front locker. Also will a Dana 35 with a lunchbox locker handle 35's or that asking too much?

Thx

I don't really follow the for sale sites. But if I hear of any decent Tjs I'll let you know
