Light wieght and no power????? As far as building a sled the right way im not sure ''glueing'' sleds together is the right way to build a sled. Take the Doos factory can off and put an aftermarket one on now the wieghts are almost the same.

I do like chocolate, up tight? you would have to know me to realize I am the least uptight person there is, but obviously the rainbow you carry in your pocket is blurring your vision.

huh????? lol. Try again.

saaayyyyyyy what??? like OMG I feel soooooo bad.....it all makes sense now, LOL.... Sorry PUA I didn't realize I had to type in terms you would understand better, but its okay cuz I I am used to KJ's like yourself who post mindless crap which is not beneficial in any way to the discussion. If indirect communication is better for you as social interaction is likely akward for someone like yourself I am sure we can live with that. Maybe you should come with a disclaimer.

peace.

I still don't understand the gaffer comment? Growing up working on fishing boats all the old guys were called gaffers? Are you reffering to my upbringing? Should I feel honored that you would take such an interest? Sorry I don't take compliments well, or fully support a guy hitting on a guy, but if thats what you prefer, each to their own. Being that your name is simply an acronym I can't fully appreciate your sense of humor. Enjoy playing your COD, or whatever it is you do when you aren't trolling around here. One thing you deffinetly have to value is nothing would actually get me worked up on a forum. I look forward to non sense every day, infact I am paid to do so.

Oh yes you will need to get the last comment in, please do, I am sure it will be oh so original. While your at it, you have a great link to the 2013 Doo's on youtube somewhere, Can you link that here? I can't find it. super, thanks.

Sounds like we work in the same building Bounce lol.

With so many sledders that believe that they are riding the best sled. Why don't we ever get groups together to put it to the test. I'd love to ride with some of you guys, no matter what you are riding. It would be eye opening for a lot of us im sure, because each rider brings different skills to the table.

which sled to ride is all a matter of preference... its all about the person whos riding it any ways... putting a someone on a wicked sled isnt going to turn you into slednecks caliber rider...

got my last comment to throw in here, just so i have the last word ;)

got to ride the 2013 xm all day today in a good 2ft (in the trees id guess) of heavy heavy pow up the coquihala.

they've got a real good sled that they're putting out,,,took me an hour or so to really get a feel for it as all I've ever owned are mseries sleds and probably have a total of 5 minutes on the xp chassis before today. With that being said it is a relatively easy sled to put in all sorts of tight sticky spots and do it comfortably with confidence, although i did get stuck a few times while learning the characteristics.

my take on the goods of the xm are the power- etechs smooth, i liked the 36'' width- made it that much easier to squeeze thru the tight trees, hand warmers (on the sled that had them working) were cooking and had a variable setting and the switches were off the bars by the dash area which is a good idea, and the sled seemed to handle all types of boondocking quite comfortably with unlimited traction/climbing/trenching without getting stuck, it was quite surprising at times but that could have been helped along by the heavy wet snow. The thing that i probably liked the most was the running boards, didn't really have to kick them out at all all day, even with that concrete snow, any other sled u woulda been getting a workout just trying to keep em clear to get some traction.

My bad points, which it doesn't have many would have to be that oogly yellow but thats cosmetic. Tried the goggle warmer and it'd have to be modded up with some venting on the underside for it to really work because well it didn't really work. The handling on the trail was decent at best, some serious inside ski lift, but again nothin too major as its a mountain not trail sled. Lastly not really bad point, more of a get used to the handling characteristics point, but i noticed when having to ch!t hook in a tight spot while wrong foot forward it was sometimes difficult to straighten out, the sled would sometimes wanna keep turning (tmotion & track?) but I'm pretty sure with more miles on it you'd master that aspect of the handling,,, i actually think you may be able to ride both feet on their respective boards more often on this sled then with the WFF.

thats my take for a first time ride on a doo, thx dub, craig rtr, wilson and brp, they had a good day set up for us,,,,next I've got a pro climb demo lined up this coming week and then on to a pro for an evaluation across the board.

I even find with my 2012 without tmotion when you really want to ch!t hook up hill the sled will continue to go right around, more just overcompensating I think than anything.

On a open area pull the sled over into a tight circle and it will go around and around in the same circle forever.
