Does anyone know if the 288 belt is available still and how much they are. I don't see them for there online ordering
I've been out of the Doo loop for couple yrs but something about the compound of that 288 on my rev the belt would almost outlast the motor. Brother runs On his freeride 12-1500 miles of bag driving doing wheelies and ringers here on the flatland- high belt/clutch temps

It is used on there race circuit sleds, the belt is slightly narrow compared to a 391 and is a softer compound. As a result of the softer compound, if the clutch setup is not just right you can burn it out faster. positive side though is if you get it right, it is a sticker belt which will be less slippage and more power to the ground. Less slippage is also less heat on the clutches and belt. Generally going from a 377/391 to a 288 you will have to clicker up 1 if you change nothing. That sounds very appealing. If the 288 is that great why don't more people run this wonder belt?
So will the 425 work on xp and xm then??
