2021 Polaris

I am running a 20 AXYS 850. 162 2.6.
As I see it. This new QD 2. Is just a larger lower pulley. So a 21 pulley and new longer belt should be an easy gear down. Am I missing anything here ?

I was wondering the same, it’s be nice to be able to change gears and belt for a quick gear down!

The 2022 will be an amazing sled. They standard RMK 163 is 420 dry, now with a 5lb lighter track and the Matryx chassis is another 7 lbs lighter. That will but it to 408lbs. Titanium muffler saves 13.5 lbs. Bringing it to 394.5lbs dry. This sled will put a beating on the turbo doo.

This is what Ill be snow check next year!!

60+# lighter than a pig with lipstick!
Sooo much less tiring at the end of the day
Sub 400# would be a sweet ride.....not since my Yami SS440...and this new ride would have 120hp more than the old Yami did.
Crazy power to weight!

Your guys math is awesome. Really opimistic LOL. All your power adders and Jenny Craig diets still wont put you close to having Boost.

Im going to have to go to costco to get more straws for you guys to grasp.

K so you're a lucky dude and maybe you buy a sw or doo 850T or a cat or poo with a blower...
I still suspect that most riders likely do not and likely spend the day "playing" within an elevation range of probably 1500' ....just saying

As for elevation, NL is definitely not as high as Rockies but Rockies are not as high as Himalayas ....still fun either way. Favourite riding is in the tight trees on sides of the hills in picture which are deceptively steep....so lighter nimbler sled is preferred ....
maybe Caper can show us how to do it on a 137" × 1.25" - cant wait!

Been there done that. Playing in the trees with a 121, 1” track sled that engauged at 5800 was hell on belts. Back in those days a mtn sled was a 136” lol.

31 lbs difference in dry weights N/A to N/A. 53 lbs difference from N/A to Turbo.

Would a guy be correct assuming the Polaris weight is with a pull start? Guessing adding a electric start would add +/- 15lbs.

Maxwell if shoes were clues you would be barefoot! Jk but seriously just admit your a closet Polaris fan! That has to be the only reason for how much **** u talk....definitely over compensating LOL

Khaos 165 3" is 430Lb so 38Lb Difference. But make the cooling system not functional like the polaris,add electric start to the pro, delete 16" track off the doo im sure they are closer LOL

Here are the weights from 2019, so fairly close to the 2020`s these are all full of fuel, Alpha, 165x3 553 pounds, summit 165x3 shot start 546 pounds,
ski doo free ride, 165x3, 556 pounds, polaris 174x3 pull start, 534, 850 polaris 163x3 531 pounds.

summit = 546, polaris = 531, 546 - 531 = 15 pounds,

Need to weigh the doo with a jerry can since they only hold half a tank of fuel bahaha

add 16.5 pounds to all the doo weights for holding 7.5l less fuel.
