Well last year I used the upper portion which needed new holes , I just used the lower portion of what I had left so no new holes.....liked that better. Basically just trimmed it off below the Polaris word and trimmed the upper corners. It’s not flat but when you rivet it on it lays flat. Also leaving the stock like for now so had to trim for that bracket. Easy.

If anyone is wondering how that wind screen piece comes off on the 2020 it’s held in with screws...so technically you need to remove the cowling and headlight to get it off...I did not. Just pried up and it released. Didn’t think it would of been screwed. I think it’s still fine cause it’s a open taper type tab.

Got the belt holder mounted...attached my saw and hopefully rig up a tool pouch. See when I get the ggb quiet can on how much room there is.

Sweet. That's the holder off an Axys? Like how the saw is attached. I still have an Axys in the shop. Thanks for the ideas. Was just in the process of trying to figure out how to store tools, belts, plugs etc.

Funny thing I read in the belt department in the operators manual-they recommend removing the belt if it’s colder than -20C and warming it up before riding. Never read that before. Do people actually do this?

Going to make a bracket and mount this axys belt holder here....should be lots of room with the ggb quiet can I’m going with...can’t stand the loud cans.

Great idea. Won't work with "the thing" cooker can. Not enough room. Should be good with the skinny cans.

Added the linq bracket adaptors. Nothing else that I’ve found keeps it tight to the tunnel without screwing around with straps.

Relocated the bar switch block and installed a new brake lever. I don’t think the stock lever with the notch will last long. Not sure why they did that.

Really like the way the new brake lever feels with on finger. They may be making a shorter one also. I typically ride with one finger on the brake at all time’s.

Nice Build ! The notch in the brake leaver is the breaking point so you do not break the whole assembly. This is commonly used on dirt bikes.

Picked up my linq gas can today. Bought the powder freaks adapter at the sled show. Looked at the polaris belt holder but didn’t feel like paying $40 so gonna try something else. Keep the pics coming.

I see you rotated the kill switch button. Are they torx or allens? What size? Christ I tried everything I had and eyes aren't the best to see what I need upside down and that small.
