Went for a rip around Clemina today, unloaded sleds @ km12ish. Almost no snow below there. Rough trail up Up to Meter base in alpine, lots of crust Might make for bad season snowpack. Did some touring around and snowboarding, didn't break anything and had a blast. Even got stuck once haha IMG_2673.jpg IMG_2671.jpg IMG_2672.jpg

Yea, not sure if a guy should make the trek out West this weekend or not...

Also does anyone know why the pictures on Tapatalk aren't working properly as of late? Have anything to do with IOS11?

we are investigating the issue but are not getting any resolutions. it seems to have started with an update to the tapatalk app on our handheld devices.

My Tapatalk wasn't updated and started to act up with pics. I updated after hoping it would fix it but it didn't.

I know lots of folks are thinking of riding over the weekend. It is supposed to snow, but this link was just posted on the VARDA site from Saturday and not a flake since. This switchback is a long ways up the trail.....this will be the first Nov 11 weekend that I wont be riding....get dancing

Not even enough snow to make it icy.... dirt and rock makes awesome traction and an easy poke up.... I will be sitting out on the Remembrance Day ride this year as well.....

FYI this is a S@M issue with Tapatalk. The other forums I frequent do not have this Issue.

Nothing new to report on the snow situation? Really need to scratch the itch with the new toy.

Sundays storm brought just enough snow to provide some manageable access. Still very thin up top. Was raining lightly to 1200m. 105cms at 1950m. Strong winds, extensive transport and very little visibility.

Access is still pretty brutal and will only get worse until we get significant lower valley snow.

Still so fun to get out and squeeze the flapper of the new 850.

Some very interesting things in our snowpack already. Please check the frozen pirate facebook page for the video update.
