How much if I have a 14 yr old that only eats rice cereal and chicken fingers

You have a cpl options
1) a cabin for $129 and cook your own meals .
2) if u stayed at decent hotel it be $129 for your room plus for dad to eat breakfast , lunch , supper u would spend about $50 , the boy would run u $35 for rice , cereal , chicken fingers so that's a total of $215 so I'd do it for $199.00 for the two of you .
I can't compete nor do I want to against the $60 a night hotels. Lol
But I certainly would do the $199.00 and I guaranty you won't stay anywhere else .
Give us a call

Is there a grooming schedule. Varda site talks about a snowmobile drag.
How rough is the 14km trail in and then comments on the 3km up ?
Thinking about bringing the wives out but the trail could cause issue for them

Was at Allan yesterday, main areas were tracked pretty good. If you look for the snow there's lots to be found. We were not far from the cabin and found some decent areas. It snowed a skiff in town so not sure what it's like up. Heading to climina today.

image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg Beauty day @ Clemina yesterday. Open areas tracked, high elevation windblown but excellent tree riding just below alpine... Some ****ty layers in that crusty snowpack, checked on a north east face and only light taps failed at approximately 1' then again at 2'... Beware. Might be dicy in shallow areas and when the warm weather/ solar starts loosening things up. Also the groomed trail was a joy to ride. Thanks Varda!

We road Clemina Creek yesterday, found some decent snow in areas. Otherwise the main areas where most go not far from the cabin are fairly tracked. We were not complaining at all. A fairly good avalanche was discovered in the goat ridge area, be careful as this is as you drop in to this bowl on the steep side. Also seen another in avalanche alley. We also noticed that people had high marked on the fingers that go down to the trail, (where the trail is not groomed) This chute is known to avy down and across this trail. I'm not sure if it wise to be up there at all, and under these conditions we were very surprised to see all these tracks there. Here is some pics of the avy and our day

Pretty quiet here, blue, and Mcbride threads!

Hope everyone is just having too much fun to write about, and not silent because they have nothing good to say?

Just finished a 3 day adventure in valemount . Here are pics from Allen Creek , there was about 6 inches of fresh in the open areas and 12-24 to the sides .
We certainly didn't expect things to be as good as they where .
Trail was amazing no one insight . We only seen 2 ppl .
With snow in the forcast it should be a great weekend .
